Shipping and Returns
We ship NZ wide!
Flat rate fee of $5 per order.
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this stage.
We use Courier Post and Fastway as our shipping providers and expect most orders to be delivered within 2-4 days. Sometimes there can be a slight delay on rural shipments.
We provide tracking details for each order, so you can track the progress in real time.
We try our best to ensure that your Harvey at Home bundle and products arrive safely and in one piece.
Most of our items are un-breakable, but if you happen to find a product which has been damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (with a photo of the damaged product), so we can get this replaced or refunded for you.
You have 30 days from the time of receiving your order to apply for a refund or an exchange. Please contact us at: email@example.com to begin this process.
Due to the nature of many of our products being used and/or worn on the body, we are unable to accept returns of products that are open or in used condition.
We are also unable to exchange an item just because it hasn't worked for you.
The items in our bundles have been selected due to their high quality, genuine usefulness and strong recommendations. However, not every product will suit each individual person.
If you find a product doesn't work for you or your baby, please consider passing it on to another New Mama and baby, as it might be perfect for them!
